  • AMAIZE premium sifted maize meal – 1 cup
  • Green peas – ¼ cup
  • Carrot– ½ medium sizes
  • Beans – 10
  • Capsicum– ½
  • Onion – 1 medium size
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Oil / Butter – 3 Table Spoon
  • Curry Leaves – 7
  • Mustard Seed– ½ Table Spoon
  • Garam Masala – ½ Table Spoon
  • Lemon Juice – ½ Table Spoon

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When mustard seeds start crackling add chopped onion. Sauté it until onions turns soft.
  2. Add rest of vegetables and stir well. Cook it for next five minutes on simmer gas flame with covered lid.
  3. Now add garam masala and salt and stir well.
  4. Add AMAIZE and stir well. Let it sauté for two minutes, meanwhile stir constantly.
  5. Add one cup water and stir well so that no lumps can occur. Let it cook until AMAIZE flour absorbs all the water. Keep the gas on simmer mode while this process. After approx three minutes the AMAIZE flour starts collecting one place.

Turn the gas off.
